Day 91

Today: +$82
To date: +$32138
To go: $67862
Bankroll: $33138

44 hands *** 0.3 hours *** 17.4 PTbb/100 *** 20.5/18.2 *** MT: 2

Didn't feel like playing at all. On top of that, the game selection wasn't that great. I played a round or two at a couple of tables, got my token "day of poker" in, and called it.

You seem to be going through a stage of not really wanting to play. Is this true or do you just have too much going on? Does GP offer any advice on how to deal with this apparent lack of urge to play?

I never thought it would happen, but I seem to be going through (what appears to be) the same thing right now. I have almost no desire to play. Oh well, I went through that once before and quickly got back into "obsessed mode" once I played again. An occassional break from poker is definitely healthy!

Jason. Little bit of that. Little bit of game selection not being so good. And, I also play UB. But my UB roll and stats are separate, and I dont include them or post them here. I have days where I play like 3-4 hours on UB and then I'm burnt out when it comes time to play for this on FTP.

D$, that was the first lesson GP taught me. Run good and put fear into your oppenents hearts. LOL. I have a couple of faults as far as playing time goes. I don't play long enough when I am winning (like Day 92) and I will stay at the tables if I am down and play til I get even (like Day 46 or 52). On top of that, if I get 2k hands in, I am getting the equivalent of a months worth of poker for a single-tabler who plays maybe 100 hands a day 5 days a week. So variance evens out. Also, I emailed FTP and had them give me a winning account. ;)

Cheers,
Brian
